Ben established TPS in 2024 following 8+ years in power and energy engineering. His experience includes systems protection roles at a rural electric cooperative and consulting engagements across the Midwest and South. His specialties encompass medium-voltage distribution, emergency power systems, UPS infrastructure, EV charging, and energy storage, with direct involvement on every TPS project.
