Ben established TPS in 2024 following 8+ years in power and energy engineering. His experience includes systems protection roles at a rural electric cooperative and consulting engagements across the Midwest and South. His specialties encompass medium-voltage distribution, emergency power systems, UPS infrastructure, EV charging, and energy storage, with direct involvement on every TPS project.

Engineering Operations Manager
Sarah Cox Conley
Sarah runs engineering operations at TPS, managing project loading, resource planning, proposal kickoffs, and the standards and workflow documentation that keep multi-state work consistent. Her background spans both sides of the practice: she performed short-circuit, coordination, and arc-flash studies at Schneider Electric, then managed the Change Management product at EasyPower, now part of Bentley Systems. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and serves on the IEEE 1584.2 workgroup committee.

Senior Mechanical Engineer
Taylor ParotP.E. (TX, OH)
Taylor designs mechanical systems for industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and institutional facilities, specializing in HVAC, process utility infrastructure, and facility modernization. He has led multidisciplinary design efforts from concept through construction administration on manufacturing plants, distribution centers, food and beverage processing facilities, and chemical processing plants. He works in Revit and BIM, using 3D coordination and clash detection to resolve conflicts before they reach the field.
